Yarrow Earth Hock was born in New York State in 1974. He attended art school in New York City. His early years were spent creating urbanscapes that incorporated realistic and abstract elements in different combinations and media. After relocating to Southern California, he continued his interest in unconventional landscapes and the apects of natural phenomena. His work has been featured in magazines and on television, including MTV's "Cribs," fashion magazine Vogue, and the home decorating magazine Domino.
